Valeriy V. Dvoeglazov, is a professor in the Physics Faculty at University of Zacatecas, Mexico. He holds a degree in physics and education from the Saratov State University and a PhD from the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research at Dubna, both in Russia. A present and past member of several professional associations, he serves as an editor with a number of physical journals, and he was the editor with the “Contemporary Fundamental Physics” and “Relativity, Gravitation, Cosmology” series published by Nova Science Publishers.
